Greenock Central Regeneration Strategy

GEP have been appointed via PCS Tender to undertake and prepare the Regeneration Strategy for Greenock Central on behalf of Inverclyde Council .

10 Listed Buidlings from A-C Listing- one of the most perserved WW1 and then WW2 airfields in the UK.

23 acres in the Heathfield area of Ayr. Zoned for Business but undeveloped for over 30 years.

GlenEtiveProjects’s role:

  • Broker Deal with Allanvale Land Investments and Cruden Homes

  • Help design the layout for 233 units

  • work with the RSl’s - 125 units (54%)

  • Coordinate the facilitate the community event

  • Draft the Legal missives

  • Help coordinate the design team

Dalmarnock- French St

In the heart of Dalmarnock, adjacent to Train St . Is an area of land which used to Tennant Flast from 1900’s .

Now a open a vacant area of land , contaminated and an unfounded sigma which has resulted in no development in over 40 years.

The vision- 10 minute walk to Glasgow Green. Train station, bus link , Next Bike station and the Commonwealth Games Velodrome only 10 min walk away.

Throguh vision Keepmoat dicded to develop the site for 48 houses for private sale.

GEP -Whilst Head of Land and Partnership for Keepmoat.

Worked in Partnership with Clyde Gateway to acquire the land

Formulate a strategy for dealing with contaminated land which was remants of the former industrial heritage of the local area.

 

Auchincruive, Ayr

110 acres of designed landscape , the former Scottish Agricutural College. Now set for mixed use redevelopment- 7 Listed buidlings to renovate, 200 new build homes, creation of new village green
